Students at Wangala Primary School are encouraged to be leaders in their own community.  We celebrate and acknowledge this officially by appointing our school leaders each year.  At the end of Year Five, students are encouraged to apply through a process of application, interview and presentation to outline how they can represent their peers and school community.

In 2025 we have two ‘School Leaders’ who are assisted by other students in leadership roles.  Our school leaders are responsible for running our school assemblies, and represent the school on special occasions.
