Our ‘Reconciliation Action Plan’ (RAP) outlines our commitment to our vision for a unified acknowledgement and celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their resilience, and their living cultures, so that we can work collaboratively as a community to educate and create a unified future for all Australians.
We enact our RAP across our school by increasing the understanding of First Nations people, histories, and cultures through our curriculum, and everyday school events.
We recognise the Traditional Owners of the land on which we learn, the Wadawurrung People, and thank them for being the first educators and their ongoing support of the students at Wangala Primary School.
